Legal Services Commission v. F (1), A (2) & V (3) [2011] EWHC 899 (QB)
Non-funded parties who had successfully defeated a claim for Ancillary Relief brought against them by a funded party were entitled to recover their costs from the LSC under Reg 5 of the Community Legal Service (Cost Protection) Regulations 2000, since they would suffer financial hardship unless such an order was made.
